Week in Review: Family Fun, Activities, and Smiles

I’m looking back at the photos of last week and what a week! I’m sure you can relate. Thank you for letting me take a little bit of your time to share what we’ve been up to.

This here is the smile of a boy who just finished Kindergarten! To say he’s a little competitive would be an understatement. I’ve never met anyone who wants to finish first and win the most. (Makes for a lot of teaching moments).

Well, he wanted to finish the school year first. I told him if he could take his math test without help then he could be done with kindergarten.

So he did!

The next collection is underway!!!

We took a family trip to southern Utah back in March. The red rock canyon landscape was inspiring. I’d lived there as a kid and to be back just felt like going home.

I’ve taken the inspo and am designing the Southwest Summer collection. I am thrilled with how it is coming together and cannot wait to release it for you all to wear!

Coming in June!

A night out with my sisters was just what I needed by the end of the week. I have 4 sisters and 3 of them live close by. I am so grateful for all of them. We took our girls out to see a Cinderella play. It was a fun night out!

Our week wouldn’t be complete without a ball game.

We made our way to Filer, ID again for another day of football.

I know kids’ activities take so much time, but I genuinely love watching my kids in their activities. It is one of my favorite things.

One more weekend of football. And baseball games start next week…

Summer finally made an appearance. We hit the 80’s for the first time this year and the kids sure made the most of it! Slip n slide and snow cones at grandmas. Life doesn’t get much better than that and it was the perfect way to end the week.
