Beyond Iviana & Co. | Life outside the jewelry box…

Hello, I’m so glad you are here! My name is Stephany. Yes, spelled with a “y.” There is (or was) a chocolate factory named Stephany’s Chocolates. As I write this, I’ve just finished a bowl of chocolate ice cream. If only my mom knew then that the name would be so fitting.

There’s quite a few things I can list that would help you get to know me. Kind of like a round of speed dating…or should we say speed friend shipping.

I was born in Utah, moved around a bit as a kid. From Utah to California, back to Utah and then to Idaho. 3 states and several small towns later, at the age of 12 we landed in small town Payette, Idaho. I was so upset with my dad for moving us again, I told him I was never moving again. I kept my word.

Met a boy, married him. Went to the local community college. We never left town. Bought our home early in our marriage and have brought all 5 kids home, to the same house.

My husband, Chris has always had the entrepreneur drive. I went to nursing school and worked as an RN prior to having children. After we had our first, I hung up my badge to stay home. About 5 years ago we turned my earring making hobby into a business. I have loved learning and growing as a small business owner and jewelry designer.

There is so much more to life outside the jewelry box. From recipes to homeschooling tips, style guides to DIYs. I hope you’ll find this blog to be a helpful and encouraging resource. Don’t forget to leave a comment or two! I’d love to get to know you.
