I know you love a good, quick recipe! It gets even better when dinner is so good, but really took under 15 minutes and tastes so good.
Southwest Chicken Wraps are a meal the whole family loves. I cook it often on Thursdays, when I work in the afternoons and need something quick…but higher quality than straight fast food.

I use this chicken from Costco, and this Salsa from WinCo or Walmart, but any will do! I will add that I have recently tried the Kirkland brand of this chicken, and it tastes so good! I will be getting it from now on.
Ingredients:
Flour tortillas
Breaded Chicken
Lettuce
Corn
Black Beans
Sauce:
Sour Cream
Salsa
Mayonaise
Directions:
Cook Chicken as directed. Heat flour tortillas on stovetop. Turn burner on to medium, low and in a pan heat the tortilla until it bubbles, flip over and heat for a few more seconds. It’ll bubble up again. Then remove from heat and keep in a tortilla warmer or wrap in a kitchen dish cloth. Heat up your corn and beans. Chop lettuce. You can add any other toppings that you love, such as onions, tomatoes, jalapeños, avocado, etc.
To make the sauce, mix 1 cup salsa with 1/4 cup sour cream and 1/4 cup mayo. Blend in blender until smooth.
Build your wrap. Eat. And Enjoy!
