May Dinner Menu

Do you plan your dinner menu? For me, it’s a must do if we want to eat more than grilled cheese and quesadillas. I’d love to help you plan your menus and inspire you to try new recipes.

While I’m not providing all the recipes, I will occasionally post those for you. I dine with children 10 and under. This list will be primarily kid friendly meals using simple ingredients that you are likely to have on hand. A simple Pinterest search will quickly pull up a recipe while you wait for me to slowly add recipes for you.

P.S. I only plan Monday- Friday. By Saturday a grilled cheese or quesadilla is sounding pretty darn good. We are blessed with parents who often have us over to eat on Sunday.

This month we are starting off with Homemade Corn dogs. My 5 year old has been asking for a Rusty Dog for days now. I’ve got a package of hot dogs in the freezer. So corn dogs it is! He’ll be sure to let me know if I measure up to the famous Rusty Dog.

The Faytar, Chicken Spaghetti & Pablano Soup are all recipes from the Magnolia Table cookbooks.
